Parents Post That Horrible Moment Their Kids Go Back To School

While kids are not always thrilled to go back to school, for some reason parents do not always share that feeling. One might say that they are even happy about it…

These stay at home parents have so much time…

If you hate your kids so much, why have six of them?

Come on, relax a bit. Not every joke means they hate each other.

This photo series is achingly sad. The parents obviously think they’re funny, but are oblivious to their own cruelty. The faces of the parents are manic and maniacal. The children are obviously used to this kind of humiliation. Many of them pictured here have expressions of abject misery and are obviously barely holding back tears. Other children just look like they died inside years ago. This post makes me want to cry.

These same kids will equally celebrate the days of their parents’ passing.

Hahaha!! I love that these fams have such huge love and are so comfortable with each other that they can all have fun making these photos. We used to do stuff like this in our fam when I was a kid and we all loved doing it. These families have such love for each other it jumps right out of the photos, and decades from now when these kids have their own kids, seeing these again will bring so much joy! ❤️❤️

It’s obvious in the comments who has kids and who doesn’t. Three months of sitting in the house consisting of listening to group video chats of 10 years saying every swear word in the book like they’re “ so cool”. I’d have a 250,000 volt cattle prod in my picture. Rain lighting like fricking Zeus.

It’s glaringly obvious that 99% of those kids are posing with sad face, and that all of these photos are staged, both parents and kids having fun. Sure, there’s probably some honesty in their staged reactions but to get all butt-hurt over staged photos is kinda silly. If you’re here you obviously have a sense of humor, so exercise it.

This reminds me of the old Staples commercial that called the reopening of schools “The Most Wonderful Time of The Year.” And, yes, the kids are obviously being posed to look devastated at their parents absolute joy.

What would be really funny is if a parent jumped up in the air just as someone takes a picture of their unhappy children. Someone should definitely do that sometime.

to the stupid people in the comment, you guys know the kids faces were like that to make the photo just as effective right?? omg laugh a little, this is why so much is happening cuz ppl forget to laugh and have fun, instead everything is something jezzzzz ugh

Theses pics are effed up. They ain’t funny. You know what is funny about these photos? They’re all of white families. White people hate each other. They can’t wait to get rid of their kids. You would never see POC families doing mean crap to each other like this. We love our families. I’m sorry to say this, but y’all mean. Mean, mean, mean.

I’m white, and there’s some people that I don’t hate, regardless of their skin color. Just some…

I’ve quite a refined sense of humor. Dark humor, really.
But I’m also one of those guys who always hated school.
I can see the point behind the photos. Alas… I can’t see the fun in them.

And to give reason to some of the posters here : yeah, it’s quite obvious that some of those parents are narcissistic, egocentric imbeciles, who have no problem using and abusing their kids to earn some “likes” on FB or Instagram.

Go figure the families with three plus kids are stoked to have them gone.

Why do we need to keep overpopulating the planet? Do these families live on farms and need the labor?

The title of this article is sad and useless. These photos are genuine and cute, staged with the kids actively part of the shoot. It’s a perfectly fine “family” moment celebrating the privilege of going back to school. Healthy humor modeling by the parents. Any “PhD Psychologist” who thinks not, is part of today’s mental health problems. These clever photos are the exception, not the rule. Most “1st day” pics are just straight, traditional shots, capturing a memorable moment.

Honestly, I don’t remember any of my first school days. Also, would have been awesome if anyone even cared one way or the other. Living in indifference hurt me more than any bully ever could. I was never worth any effort, to love or hate. I was just there.
