This year marks the 110th anniversary of the Titanic’s doomed voyage, and it appears as though several people haven’t been paying attention to the news – or anything. There are plenty of people on Twitter who didn’t realize the Titanic was not just a movie. It’s official: humans are doomed to go extinct. We have no hope.

hey kids, strange to realize that history actually happened before the fkng 90s. amazing.
Pathetic!
Bunch of Idiots
Of course it wasn’t real. Can you imagine a cruise where nobody was vaccinated or wearing a mask and there were still survivors.
Before you laugh at these people, consider this:
They are your competitors for jobs.
Don’t mock them, befriend them, it will only be to your advantage.
This IS what is broken in Amerika! MINDS are a pitiful thing to waste!
“Those who do not know history are destined to repeat it!”
Making life choices without having learned from others who have preceded us ends very badly.
The generation that makes and shapes all it’s “beliefs” according to how one is “feeling” that day will be easily manipulated when an expert “ear tickler” arrives on the scene.
From all historical events young Americans are not aware of, the Titanic is not that significant. And by the way it didn’t happen. The cheesy love story that is. And not only that, it really didn’t happen the way most of you think it happened. There were enough life boats to save many more people and the crew did its best to persuade people to go inside. The problem was that the majority of people didn’t believe this gigantic boat could ever sink and chose to stay on board and wait for rescue.
There were not many human errors made in general. The ship was built top of the art according to the limits of its time and the crew and captain did everything according to protocol once the situation became clear. But unfortunately such stories don’t make a good movie material.
Mic Baylor, are you intending to build a big cruiser ship? If so I urge you not to allow Leonardo DiCaprio on board.
Wait, There was a movie?
> “l always get confused whether Titanic is based on a true story or not!”
I guess that if you are born after the movie came out, then it is fine to get confused about it once. But to always get confused about it.
Bless your heart.
This is the difference between people born before the Titanic was found and after.
I think the comments are funnier than the tweets! “Kids today! They dont know their history. Rabble rabble. I know something someone else doesn’t know that makes me smart!!!”
Note how most are iphone users too >)
Mostly women.
how did these ppl go to school without learning about the titanic??? its one of the first things i learned when i was old enough
Bruh I knew the real thing happened before I knew a movie existed.
Educated by Facebook and reddit. We’re doomed.
