Disney Princesses Reimagined As Cats Reimagined As Sharks That Are Not Disney Princesses

This fabulous gallery has been created by designer and illustrator Brynn Metheney who was probably sick of all those “Disney princesses reimagined as…” posts.

  1. I love this. I do have a love for cats and a love for sharks. The combination is delightful.

  2. I would be more into this if they even slightly resembled Disney princesses. One kinda looks like Belle, I think, but beyond that it lost me.

  3. I love cats. I love sharks. And I never knew I would love them as… carks? Shats? Either works.

For those of you who are asking what this has to do with Disney princesses: that is the joke. It doesn’t have ANYTHING to do with them. The author is making fun of the meme-y art thing where an artist redraws the princesses as something (i.e., dogs, horses, belly dancers, etc.).

  4. Just relax, play with the yarn and roll around in the puns.

    Own your catitude!

P.S. The Disney Princess mentions in the title cancel out.
