This Guy Carpet-Covered His Soviet-Era Car, Because It’s The Most Russian Thing To Do

For some strange reason Russians are obsessed with carpets, and Georgy Makarov is no exception. He’s an car enthusiast and student at the Moscow Automobile And Highway State Technical University, who wanted a car that was cheap but would also stand out. Well… He surely has achieved his goal.

  1. Well this guy should get his “Hero of the Soviet Union” medal strait away!

  2. I will admit that I like the more colorful finish better than the usual paint jobs. Maybe someone could devise a way to paint the cars like that rather than gluing carpet to them.
