Vegan Hunting Photos

You probably know those hunter trophy photos… Wouldn’t you agree that it looks much better when vegans do the same with cruelty-free vegetables?

Deet Lewis….. what are you going to fertilise the fruit/veg/cereal?…..not chemicals I hope. I buy organic and get the best of both worlds.

The best fertilizer is vegetable…………that has been processed via the guts of a ruminant. So we need both Q.E.D.

The cattle, chickens and fish have a chance, admittedly very slim, of escaping – and therefore have hope.

Carrots, zuccini and mushrooms cannot flee and must wait in hopeless terror for their doom.

Who are really the more callous – hunters or gatherers?

Because an avacado shouldn’t end up on your toast without a bit of a struggle.

We were made to eat meat, everything in moderation is the key here.

If we were made to eat meat, then our teeth would be different and our intestinal track would be much different also. Any kind of meat, beef, chicken, pork, venison, bison, etc. has cholesterol and anyone with high cholesterol should stay away from ‘meat’. Animals do not have a choice about being killed and do not think for one minute that these animals are treated kindly. Watch the video “Meet your Meat”. It will change your mind.

Produce, such as lettuce, has only a few months to live before it rots. When you pick a vegetable or a fruit, you are not killing the plant that grew it…you are pretty much just giving the plant somewhat of a ‘haircut’ The plant will keep on living without the piece of whatever you picked from it until its time for it to die.

@ James Bryant, the deer, squirrels, rabiits an other critters that I hunt have every opportunity to detect me as I walk through the woods and make their escape.
The animals going to the slaughterhouse do not have even that chance.
It irks me when someone tries to burn me for hunting when they go tot he grocery store and tell their kids to “Go pick out a pound of ground beef for supper”
They are okay with paying someone to kill for their food but not people who go out and do the killing themselves.

When you post stuff like this you are wide open to all sorts of comments positive and negative
    I loved the post personally
Re becoming a vegetarian, I personally was a raging carnivore for 40 years
When I educated myself on the realities of meat production and decided that as I loved animals so why am I eating them, then I became vegetarian
I will always be ashamed that I added to their demise and misery but always so damn proud of myself for taking the action to not be part of it all
That is my contribution to my amazing health at 70 and our beautiful planet earth
    Loved this post
    Will share

Really people? Look if you want to be a vegetarian great, enjoy. I choose to eat meat. I raise my meat, hunt etc. Unlike stated above humans are omnivore, our gut is not designed to process all the nutrients of veggies. Make you a deal, eat what you want and I’ll do the same. Live long and prosper.

BTW, your choices, however selfish they may be, do effect other people and more importantly, the environment which we all share. SO there is no escape from the consequences of your actions. As a consumer, NO ONE is innocent.

Humans have eaten meat for thousands of years. I do not recall ever seen any cave paintings with our ancestors gardening,Yes they ate fruits and vegetables but only two to three months out of the year then they ate meat for the rest of them year.

My uncle used his pigs poop to fertilize his garden and he fed his pig scraps from vegetables and the stuff he ate .. the vegetables and plants grew faster and also bigger and they were delicious. My moms aunt and uncle use to run there own farm with pigs and a few cows and did there own meats from those animals they had fed them all natural stuff. It is expensive to care for the animals so they had to stop. But aLot of fertilizer is made from animals poop Nd then theres home made fertilizer called composted you take dirt and left over items including shells that will eventually dissolve which is another thing my uncle use to do he is a meat eater but also loves his veggies halves nature..

Note to self * Find out where ” Jen” shops for vegetables on the off chance she returns “unsatisfactory” produce back to the store for a refund.

A passive attempt at belittling hunters? It’s rare and unlikely to see ANY hunter belittle ANY one person or group of people based off of their beliefs, ways of life, and or practices. More and more of these types of passive-aggressive “comparisons” are being made today and all it does is continue the separation between hunters and non-hunters. We are all users of the land and we all respect nature in its entirety. As we should respect the beliefs and practices of one another regardless of what they may be. Just like religion, without judgment or finger pointing and bellittlement. The I’m better than you attitude shows nothing but your ignorance.

A cheeseknife to hunt mushrooms? I would never do that!

For all the rest: Lucky hunters!

Why is this so bothersome to people, they think it’s ok to splatter their smiley face all over just after the killed the animal. What makers them think that is not offensive to some other people. Eat what the hell you want ,there is no need to criticize.you eat what you want and I’ll eat what I want.if you don’t like what ti posts. Don’t look problem solved. This is getting stupid.

This is dumb. Plants and vegetables are living things too. Does nobody care about them? What makes animal life more important than plant life?
And why do all these vegans own shotguns and hunting rifles???

  44. Racheal January 11, 2020

@Deet Lewis I couldn’t read all your ridiculously long post because it was too long and I was looking for the punch line. That said these photos were awesome

  45. Jace January 11, 2020

Our ancestors also ate each other, So id say it all comes down to circumstance, hundreds/thousands of years ago meat was the easy choice to gain sustenance, Today we now have large vegetable cultivation’s, offering sustenance never before seen in human history.

  46. Anonymous January 11, 2020

Yeah…not so much. Meat was NEVER “the easy choice”. Humans were foragers and ate whatever they could get their hands on. Plants don’t run away. Animals do.
People have changed the system over 1000s of years through agriculture. Before we started cultivating we were nomadic and moved with the food supply and the seasons. Don’t try to romanticize the idea that humans were big macho hunters forever back to the dawn of man. Most of the diet was forage.

If meat is so bad, why are vegans always trying to make theur veggies look and taste like it?
