So not true on the domesticated rabbit front.
Our city actually has an infestation where domesticated rabbits originally left in the wild by irresponsible owners have bred and multiplied in several areas.
And something like -20°C weather doesn’t kill them off.
Yes they’re hella cute, but they are disturbing the normal nature.
Either release them into the forests, or just make do with rabbit meat
