In Poland, People Are Roleplaying as Americans, Here Are The Best Photos

In Poland, there is a LARP group @4thofJulyLarp that roleplays as contemporary Americans. They just come together and show off their most American-ish outfits and act out various scenarios that they imagine would happen in the USA. It’s brilliant. Real Americans, please let us know in the comments if they got it right!

  1. Not enough red meat and hot dogs being grilled. Not enough food in general. Watermelons. Hamburgers/cheeseburgers. Steaks. Corn on the cob. Just all the things we grill out.
    Not enough diversity.
Also, as former EMS, DEFINITELY not enough “firework injuries”, ie. blown off arms & fingers.

I mean, this is a good, funny jab at (specifically) TRUMPublican America, but we, as a whole, do have actual nice clothes and usually have nice shirts made for the ENTIRE family who show up for the grilling out and festivities.

**THE FOLLOWING is an important, educational “Just FYI” sidebar:
—>BBQ is a food, NOT an activity. BBQ is smoked or grilled food with (everyone’s special secret recipe) BBQ sauce or dry rub. Then you eat the smoked BBQ, but you CAN’T “go to a BBQ” or “have a BBQ”. You CAN eat some BBQ and go get BBQ.

So I live in one of the poorest areas of the nation (Eastern Kentucky) and I’d have to look in some pretty sketch areas to find anything close to, and as white as this. Even on the “firework injury” EMS runs, people weren’t THIS redneck. And now that this “look” is somehow, actually a “look” and “in-style”, clothes like this cost a bloody fortune. So this is closer to what you’d find in Atherton, Beverly Hills, Cupertino, Scarsdale, Fashion District, Hells Kitchen, and ESPECIALLY a place like Cherry Hills Village, not rural, normal America.

    And where’re the mullets?

Oh, and, biker “gangs” are welcome anywhere. They were always welcome in my gas station, and market. Typically you kinda want them on your good side and banning them because they’re wearing their colors, isn’t a good way to get and keep them on your good side. They do a TON of charity work in Kentucky. Currently there’s at least the different biker clubs working to help the flood victims in the ENTIRE counties we lost that were under water. I know Hells Angels are helping recover bodies, with clean-up and rebuilding.

From where exactly do y’all get your inspiration?
