I love cats because they always make me smile. Today I lost one of my cats and am very sad. She had kittens that the daddy cat is trying to feed. Bless his heart. So, of course, I bought some powder from the vets and add water and am feeding them all day long. We are both so sad.
Aww, Mary, I am sad for you. But I know that mama cat is loving you from kitty heaven for feeding her babies. And those babies will bring you much joy soon. Scritches and purrs.
Thank you, Dee, It is so heartbreaking but it is so cute to see the father cat trying to nurse them. Of course, it is a lot of work for me.
Mary, it is heart breaking to lose a loved cat. The move into the heart’s nursery, and it’s too difficult to acknowledge we have them on loan only. I lost a cat to traffic last year, and now her replacement has just disappeared. My wife manages to be pragmatic about it, but I don’t.
