Sorry but this is unhygienic and gross. If there were lounging on nonfood products these pics would be more endearing. I would not shop in a place where animals lounge all over the food products. BTW I am a cat lover but this is too much.

Grossed Out and some of these anonymous commenters need to tone down the judgement. All the food that the cats are laying on is packaged. Bodegas are often some of the only places that poor people can buy food locally. Bodega cats keep the rodent population at bay. I’d rather have cat hair than rat turds in my food, any day.
