@Miley That Halloween picture is about an son and his dad, when his son were in a hospital, during Halloween. The son couldn't go outside the hospital to collect candy, because his legs were broken, so he had to spend the Halloween alone with his dad in hospital. If you look closely you can see that the masks are little sad-looking, and that the kid is sad.
