Some of them remind me a LOT of Joel-Peter Witkin’s photography. Especially the Medic #15. Similar style, lighting/mood, and framing, but the subject differs just a bit. To me, the creepiest picture there has to be the horse (9th from the top) or the rabbit (4th from the bottom), definitely creepy. The weasel pic is hilarious! :D

All are incorrect in regards to the beautiful photo in #3 – the man holding the birdcage. This is NOT Tom Waits – though does look very similar! This is the photographer Robert ParkeHarrison who along with his wife Shayna, makes beautiful self-portraits of him portraying himself as an “everyman”…he makes all the sets with things such as birds, typewriters, wires going into the earth, etc. you can see more of his work at http://www.parkeharrison.com
